Information obligation for HISTORY — Objectives and legal basis
We process your personal data for the purpose of booking, providing accommodation services, issuing accounting documents and contacting the Guest. The legal basis is in particular: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract execution), lit. c (legal obligation) and possibly lit. a (agreement — marketing).
Data scope: first and last name, e-mail, phone, invoice data (address, NIP), booking data (term, number of persons), payment data to the extent necessary to carry out the transaction (according to the payment operator).
Period of storage: for the duration of the contract, then in accordance with tax/accounting rules and until limitation of claims.
Data recipients: accounting office, IT operators and payments, subcontractors (to the extent necessary), public authorities when required by law.
Rights: access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, data transfer, opposition, submission of a complaint to the UODO. Conclusions: aparthotel.adler@gmail.com
Online payments (imoje / ING)
Payment method: All online payments for bookings at www.noclegkrakow.pl
they are implemented by the external payment system and mine.
Operator and payment administrator: The imoje system is provided by ING Bank Śląski S.A. based in Katowice (Skolska 34, 40-086 Katowice). In the field of data processing related to payment service imies / ING acts as an independent personal data administrator. Detailed information and privacy policy of the operator can be found at: https://imoje.pl/privacy policy (or ING).
How it works in practice: After submitting the reservation, you will receive a link to the payment (sent to email). Payment by imes may require payment data (e.g. card number, bank data) — these data are processed by imieje/ING, not by Aparthotel Adler. Aparthotel Adler receives payment status information (confirmation of payment), not necessarily full card details.
Purpose of processing by imies/ING: transaction handling, verification of payments, implementation of possible returns, anti-fraud.
Payment contact: payment cases (e.g. transaction complaints) must be addressed first to my/ING operator in accordance with the instructions received during payment; at the same time we ask you to inform us (aparthotel.adler@gmail.com) so that we can help you solve cases.
Data storage: the data necessary for settlement (transaction confirmation) are stored in accordance with my/ING rules and our accounting duties.
Information obligation for counterparties (B2B)
We process the data of the contractors (contact person, company NIP, home address, etc.) on the basis of: performance of the contract, legal obligations and legitimate interest. Data stored for the duration of the cooperation and the statutory period of settlement / limitation of claims required. Recipients: accounting office, subcontractors, public bodies.
Cookies and profiling
The website uses cookies to operate the website, personalize content and analyze traffic. You can choose the settings: Customize | Reject | Accept. Profiling is used to match offers and content; profiling does not result in automatic legal decisions.
Complaints, withdrawals, returns
Accommodation is offered (time service). The 14-day right of withdrawal typical for the supply of goods shall therefore not apply.
Cancellation/reservation conditions: free change/cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival — details in Reservation Rules.

Data security policy
We store the data in secure IT systems, using technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (email encryption, password access, backups, entrustment agreements with subcontractors).

Your rights (access, correction, removal, etc.) will be done in writing or by email: aparthotel.adler@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with UODO.
