You're sure that only you and your companions have access to the room, and the whole thing goes safe and comfortable. How does self check-in work at Aparthotel Adler?

1. Book and pay your stay

  • Stay (and possible breakfast) must be paid no later than 48 hours before arrival.

  • When booking last minute payment required immediately.

2. Take access codes

24 hours before arrival we send SMS to your phone number provided in the booking.

3. Enter the object and receive the card

  • Enter the first code at the front door.

  • The lockers are described with room numbers – enter your code (received by SMS) and receive the card to the room.

4. Use the card during your stay

  • The card opens your room.

  • Please do not lose it – in case of destruction or loss, contact the service immediately. For the loss of a card we charge a fee PLN 50.

5. Termination of stay

  • The hotel day continues from 14:00 on arrival by 11:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Regulations Aparthotel Adler

Aparthotel Adler Ewa Wrona conducting business activity under the name "Aparthotel Adler", based at ul. Piwna 7, 30-527 Kraków, entered in Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) conducted by the Minister of Economic Affairs, NIP: 6792486724, REGON: 351336171.

1. Reservation and payment

  • The reservation is binding after making a full prepayment.
  • Payments are made via a link to payments sent by e-mail — operated by the external payment services system (the payment administrator in this area is my own, as required).
  • Booking can be cancelled or changed no later than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
  • Reservations made later than 48 hours before arrival (last minute) require immediate payment and are not cancelled or returned.
  • For group bookings, individual arrangements apply.
  • The invoices are issued electronically after payment of the stay. Information on the invoice should be provided on reservation (including NIP if it is to be on the company).

2. Personal and contact details

  • The guest is obliged to submit true personal data and current contact details.
  • Access codes are sent to the indicated phone number.
  • When making reservations, the guest agrees to the processing of personal data in order to carry out his stay. The data administrator is Aparthotel Adler.
  • For online payments, my system processes data to handle transactions – The guest assumes that my names are the administrator of these data in this area.
  • The provision of such personal data is voluntary, albeit necessary for the performance of the service.
  • Detailed rules on the protection of personal data are included In our Privacy policy (link).

3. Check-in and check-out

  • The object works in the system self check-in.
  • After booking a deposit, the guest receives a text with a building access code and a box code with a room card.
  • The hotel day lasts from 14:00 to 11:00 on the next day.
  • Once you have finished your stay, throw the card in a special box at the reception desk.
  • If you lose or do not return the card, contact the service immediately. A fee of PLN 50.

4. Breakfast

  • Breakfast must be ordered on reservation and paid in advance.
  • They are served in the restaurant room (level -1) at an hour. 8:00–10:00.
  • Early breakfast is possible by prior arrangement (phone/e-mail/WhatsApp).
  • Breakfast without reservation is possible, but we do not guarantee their availability.

5. Rules of residence

  • Applicable total smoking ban. Smokers are welcome to the patio open until 22:00.
  • Nighttime silence is valid at an hour. 22:00–6:00.
  • Only those checked in may stay in the rooms. Guests leave the facility at 10:00 at the latest.
  • It shall be prohibited to carry weapons, flammable materials, drugs and other dangerous substances into the facility.
  • The guest is responsible materially for any damage to the facility.
  • Animals no are accepted.

6. Parking

  • Aparthotel Adler does not have its own parking lot.
  • Parking spaces are available on nearby streets or 50 m from the property is a public parking lot.
  • Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 8:00, there is a paid parking area.
  • We also recommend paid parking on 18 Józefińska Street.

7. Liability

  • Aparthotel Adler is not responsible for the valuables left in the room or for the vehicles of guests.
  • Guests are required to use the facility according to its intended use and safety rules.
  • The provisions of the Civil Code and the Tourist Services Act shall apply to matters not governed by these Regulations.

8. Contact

  • Questions and emergency situations are solved by telephone or via WhatsApp: +48 517 458 628.
  • The property does not offer luggage storage or wake-up service.

9. Right to change and cancel (reservation cancellation)

  • Due to the nature of the service (accommodation at a specified time) the right to withdraw from the contract 14 days not applicable.
  • The guest has the right to change or cancel the reservation free of charge up to 48 h before arrival. After this date, the full stay fee applies – the reservation is non-refundable.
  • It also applies to traders who purchase for purposes related to their business but who do not have a professional character for the buyer.

10. Complaints and guest comments

  • In the area of accommodation services, no classic advertising mode of goods is used – we do not sell material products.
  • Any comments regarding the stay or quality of service may be made by e-mail: aparthotel.adler@gmail.com
  • Applications shall be processed within 30 days of their receipt.
  • It also applies to traders who purchase for purposes related to their business but who do not have a professional character for the buyer.

11. Final provisions

  • The website www.noclegkrakow.pl does not contain content intended exclusively for 18+ people.
  • Aparthotel Adler reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
  • The current version of the Rules of Procedure is always available on the website.

Is the 24-hour reception in the Aparthotel Adler?

No – we operate in the self check-in system. Support is available by telephone, email and WhatsApp.

No – just follow the instructions we send before arrival. It's really easy and fast, and if necessary, the service is remotely helpful (telephone and via WhatsApp).

It gives full freedom – you enter the object you want, without queues and hour limits. It's also more secure: only people who know the access code get into the building and the room.

Aparthotel Adler no has its own parking lot. There are public areas on the street and a small unguarded parking lot at the end of Piwna Street.
Please note: from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., there is a paid parking area.

Online payment by names (at the latest 48 hours before stay). You will receive the link by email. Traditional transfer is possible only in advance of 5 days before arrival.

There is NO possibility to pay for your stay on the spot! In the absence of a stay fee, you will not receive access codes to the building and room.

The fact of losing the card must be immediately reported to the user (phone/WhatsApp) and wait for the employee to arrive to issue the new card. For losing or destroying the card to the room we charge 50 PLN.
